I love reading a book with good plot twists and intricate story lines and Hikinami really delivered on both. The ending was a satisfying surprise, yet left me wanting more. I'm hoping for a sequel...

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book! The detailed writing, colorful characters and spine-chilling story line made this a truly fascinating read. The book has all the elements of a scary, exciting supernatural thriller. The story is truly unique and original. I couldn't put it down! The author does a great job introducing each new character into the story and tying them together as the story unfolds. Looking forward to more work from this author.

A great book, I really enjoyed it! I felt like I was present, standing just off to the side, watching and listening to all the action. The major problem I had with the book was that I couldn't put it down. After the first few pages I was hooked. I'm looking forward to reading more from the author.

I found Hikinami (undertow) an exciting and very readable book. Edwards has a nice writing style and ties all the charcters together which pulls the reader into the story and makes the reader wonder what is going to happen next. I liked the print style and the cover layout. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes excitement and the supernatural.
